We make Ice Cream using wildflower honey produced from OUR own hives
B-Line Ice Cream is made, on-site in small batches, with local fresh milk and cream from a family run dairy in Pennsylvania, and sweetened with wildflower honey from our own beehives.
Our signature flavor, Pure & Simple is just that; honey and dairy with no refined sugar. We offer a range of flavors by mixing in a variety of ingredients; fresh seasonal fruit, nuts, chocolate and spices.
Our shop - located in the Narrowsburg Union in Narrowsburg, New York - is open Memorial - Labor Day in the summer.
We serve cups, cones, sundaes and our Brownie’wich sandwiches; honey ice cream between two thin layers of dark chocolate brownie. We have pints too!
